Young gamers protest towards PHF Scrutiny Committee’s resolution

LAHORE: Young hockey gamers held a protest towards the scrutiny committee’s resolution concerning the elections of the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) on Wednesday.

The younger hockey gamers demonstrated in entrance of the PHF places of work right here, chanting anti-PHF slogans and complaining that the brand new advert hoc system favours its favourites.

Another former hockey participant Yaqoob however termed the suspension of the golf equipment by PHF an ‘arbitrariness’ whereas threatening to close down the federation if their calls for weren’t met.

“We disagree with PHF’s assertion that significant clubs were arbitrarily expelled. We will lock the federation if PHF refuses to grant us our right,” he said.

Meanwhile, Mujahid made a significant assertion that he was advised to take away Asif Bajwa from the presidency of the federation and his denial resulted within the suspension of the Afzal Muna membership.

“I was instructed to depose Asif Bajwa as president. Because of my rejection, the Afzal Mana Club’s vote was cancelled,” he asserted.
