Ukraine ex-president says blocked for leaving country

KYIV, Ukraine: The former president at Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, described Saturday he was barred by leaving the country, accusing the us govenment of breaking a so called political cease-fire in place granted Russia invaded.

Poroshenko was as a travel to a NATO parliamentary assembly meeting in Lithuania as part of the Ukrainian delegation, and had received official permission of moving.
