The doctrine of leadership: in the light of developing and developed states

The successive leadership of Pakistan should follow the key steps of modern developed states by overcoming rigid politics; there stood liability on civil society to pursue their governmental institutions' policies that are derived by legal expert’s policymakers and social scientists to develop a massive change in the society by pursuing National Interest.

Basic Component of Leadership

Leadership is a basic component of life. Developing countries laid their stone on the base of leadership. Strong leadership eliminates all evil behaviours not only from an individual but from the entire whole nation. As everyone knows that change is constant in the universe. Some people adopt a negative change that not only harms themselves but also harm their whole community.

Positive change is a doctrine of adopting positive behaviour by crushing all evils from the conservative society. The state of mind comprises of different visionary ideas that change in the form of different positive visionary changes. An individual with a positive school of thoughts changes his community by taking positive action towards national interest.

National interest comprised of many selections that dug deeper in an individual. By shedding light on historical aspects of sub-continent, there was a war zone in the sub-continent before the independence of Pakistan. By following the respective tenure West and Europe was busy in research and establishing universities on a massive scale. By that era, a parallel era was ongoing in the sub-continent in the hands of different Emperors of Sub-continent.

Leadership in Pakistan’s historic perspective

By revisiting into deep historical aspects of Pakistan and India, throughout there was a rivalry among different emperors, these emperors were following the stone laid by their ancestors. Their mindset was polluted rigorously by a vision to establish assets by doing rigid politics against their opponent tribe. Social order was totally changed due to their vigorous mindset.

The general public was forced to slavery, to feed up their livelihood. Emperors from India like Zaheer ud din Mohammad Babur, Humayun, Akbar, Jehangir, Shahjehan and Aurangzeb have constituted vigorous history in this tenure. By reviewing this history, today’s feudal system is massively comprised of this legacy adopted by feudatory organs. Social order was changed in the literary class but the status quo is still prevailing in the feudatory powers in the current era.

The leader is buried from the insights of feudal due to their lust towards power politics by gaining prestige through any means. The general public is always forced by these orders by different evil and harmful tactics by following feudatory legacy.

Global Perspective

In the modern world, the status quo is buried by modern leadership like Western and European leadership. Developed countries are focusing on modern techniques in every sphere of life by paving steps towards glory. These are the consequences of their leadership that they’ve paved their steps in the modern global leading hemisphere.

In West and Europe, the social order was changed at a rapid pace due to the high literacy rate among the civil sector. Their civil sector obeyed governmental orders on massive grounds. There were many reasons to follow these orders. Among them, one is that the leadership was fair and transparent with the entire nation in every spherical life.

Secondly, they’ve pursued the global order in order to change the status quo by paving their steps in the modern globalised era. In East and West, Technological changes are ongoing day by day. Positive social behaviour constitutes a change in every nation; crime rate minimizes in these societies due to high socio-economic stability and fixed income per capita.

Model of the West and Europe

Countries that belong to West and Europe, they’ve eliminated crime from the grass-root level. Every developed nation that has paved her steps towards glory has changed her fate by deliverance on the grass-root level. Moreover, if we shed light on Pakistan, there were major upheavals since independence that’s why we are still not able to pave steps in the modern world.

Exemplary steps were taken by Prime Minister Sri Lanka Mahindra Rajapaksa. He demolishes terrorism from his state and keeps his efforts high towards promoting education and excellencies. Nowadays, Sri Lanka is considered a developed nation of South Asian Region. One major aspect of development on Sri Lanka is that their general public is not involved in fraudulent acts.

So, politics among general public circles play a major role in maintaining positive or negative behavioural changes among social order, policy-making and maintaining social order among the mortals. Furthermore, by revisiting China’s developmental model, they’ve observed their independence in 1949 and paved their steps before Pakistan in the developed world in five to six decades by uplifting labour class including a lower and middle class for maintenance of their economic upheavals.

Elimination of Politics

On the other hand, there is no politics in civil class even if it belongs to lower, middle or upper segments, their whole social support each other by paving steps towards positive developments by pursuing their National interest.

In previous decades, Pakistan has faced major challenges due to multi parties interference in the political history of Pakistan, every party’s leadership arrived with a new vision, in other countries there is the existence of one party, one vision doctrine, Pakistan should adopt one party doctrine for its development.

Liability of Successive Government

The successive leadership of Pakistan should follow the key steps of modern developed states by overcoming rigid politics; there stood liability on civil society to pursue their governmental institutions’ policies that are derived by legal expert’s policymakers and social scientists to develop a massive change in the society by pursuing national interest. Every society has pursued their own religion, cultural values, ethos and language for the sake of their national interest.
