RSS cultural wing high chief, a ‘voice of artistes’, dies

Amir Chand, nationwide basic secretary of RSS’s cultural wing Sanskar Bharati, died on Saturday whereas travelling to Arunachal Pradesh’s Tawang on organisational duties.
