Many results of the researches conducted earlier show that people around the age of 18 stop doing physical activities for many reasons which include laziness, disease captivity, lack of interest etc. So to get rid of this dullness, exercise is the best solution.
Good habits start at a young age. By encouraging exercise in primary school settings, we can help students develop healthy lifestyles that benefit them their entire lives. https://t.co/W4TXQPCuc9

When a person lacks physical activity, this will affect his whole body in many ways. First, the person will gain weight abruptly and become obese and because of this, his cholesterol level will get high which will creep up his blood pressure. The blood will become viscous and it would become harder to pump through the body and the heart will become weak. This will affect the brain leading many problems the most dominant problem of all is dementia. Slacking from physical activities also affects the bones and muscles. They become feeble and weak. All these things become a major cause of early death.
So the main question stands here that what to do to avoid all these abrupt and unhealthy changes in the body and how to remain fit even after ageing?
So the answer to this question is by doing exercises and healthy physical activities on a daily basis. Many types of research depict that by doing healthy physical activities regularly; one can make his organs fit and healthy and prevent from dying at a young age.
Effect of Exercises
When a person reaches the third decade of his life his heart becomes weak. At the age of 25-30, a person’s heart pump nearly around 2.5 quarter blood per minute and this number decrease with the increase in age an old man of about 80 years old could hardly pump less than 1 quarter per minute. The walls become stiffen and lead to high blood pressure.
When a person performs physical activities the walls of the heart become efficient and strong and ultimately pulse rate becomes fast. This causes an increase in the pumping of blood more efficiently. There will be an increased supply of oxygen to different organs and parts of the body. More nutrition is supplied and causes an increase in blood capillaries. It prevents the heart from getting diseases. It delays the chances of myocardial infarction (also known as a heart attack). Aerobic exercise is the best for the heart.
Helps in quitting Smoking
According to the researches done previously, those who do exercise daily are less likely to smoke or it helps the smokers to quit it. As exercises make a man fit so smokers tend to quit it to remain healthy and fit throughout. As smoking is home to many heart problems.
Exercises help in reducing many inflammations mainly chronic inflammation (having an adverse effect on the body) and help the body to get to its normal shape and function.
Exercises can boost the brain in several ways. When a person does physical activities the brain is more exposed to nutrition and oxygen which helps in making a sharp memory and prevents dementia. It enhances the ability of the brain to learn and pick up things very well. It develops many neural connections in different areas of the brain mainly cortical areas. It helps in controlling the emotions of a person.
Best time to Start Exercising
There is no time limit or age limit for starting regular and healthy exercises. However, starting physical activities at a young age prevents getting diseases at an old age. Many people have trainers that teach them the basic and guide them to adopt a healthy routine. A person can do exercise in the morning as it freshens up the mind and soul and makes him active throughout his day. Well, ageing is a universal reality but maintaining health during ageing is important and exercises help in having a healthy life till death.
