Earthquake hits Awaran, different elements of Balochistan

Earthquake tremors have been felt early Sunday morning in Awaran district of Balochistan and adjoining areas, ARY News reported.

An earthquake of magnitude 4.6 on the Richter scale jolted Awaran and surrounding areas on Sunday morning. The residents got here out of their houses reciting the ‘Kalma-e-Tayyaba’.

The Seismological Center furthered that its depth was 76 kilometers. However, it didn’t verify the epicenter of the earthquake.

As per preliminary reviews there was no lack of life or any monetary loss.

On February 24, earthquake tremors of 4.2 depth jolted Islamabad and its adjoining areas.

According to the National Seismic Monitoring Centre (NSMC), the tremors have been felt at 6:06 within the morning.

People got here out of their homes in fear by reciting Kalma-e-Tayyaba. No loss is reported as per preliminary reviews. It is to be talked about right here that the tremors comparatively nearer to the floor are prone to bear long-term hostile results on the buildings.
