A human rights group has filed a lawsuit in Germany in opposition to Myanmar’s navy management.

A human rights group has filed a legal grievance in Germany accusing Myanmar’s navy of genocide.

A gaggle of survivors from ethnic teams throughout Myanmar have constructed the case in what activists say is a present of unity that after appeared unthinkable.

The trial, introduced by Fortify Rights, additionally accuses the navy of crimes in opposition to humanity and struggle crimes over its crackdown on Rohingya Muslims in 2016 and 2017.

Security forces allegedly carried out mass rapes and murders, throughout what authorities referred to as a “clearance operation”.

But can this lawsuit change the scenario on the bottom?
